Use a Spirit treadmill with TerraFlo

Spirit lists Bluetooth FTMS on the XT285, XT385, XT485, XT685, and XT685ENT. Spirit+ does not change belt speed. You start the belt.

Where this family stands

Spirit’s connectivity page names the XT285, XT385, XT485, XT685, and XT685ENT as residential treadmills with built-in Bluetooth FTMS. Those consoles can pair with Spirit+ and with third-party apps Spirit lists, including Zwift and Kinomap.

Spirit+ does not change belt speed. You start the belt. Speaker Bluetooth is a separate pairing from the fitness radio.

Incline follows the route only when that console exposes the control. Pairing is how TerraFlo learns the limit. Other Spirit treadmills are not this row.

What happens when you pair

When you pair over Bluetooth, TerraFlo discovers which telemetry the machine sends, which controls it accepts, and where its limits are. It keeps learning that setup over time.

If your Spirit model does not respond over Bluetooth, send the exact model name from the Beta page.

TerraFlo learns this machine

When you pair over Bluetooth, TerraFlo discovers the controls, the signals, and the limits. You stay at the console, and the belt only moves when you start it yourself.

Bounded incline

Route-driven incline never goes below flat, stays capped at what your machine reports, and can be turned off mid-session.

Your data stays yours

Completed sessions are private by default and can export to Strava, Apple Health, Health Connect, or TCX where supported.
