TerraFlo learns this machine
When you pair over Bluetooth, TerraFlo discovers the controls, the signals, and the limits. You stay at the console, and the belt only moves when you start it yourself.
Equipment
Pro Runner X and Elite Runner X use FreeSync FTMS. 3G says apps may set incline and do not set belt speed. You start the belt.
3G Cardio’s product pages list an FTMS Bluetooth console on the Pro Runner X and Elite Runner X, under the FreeSync name. The FreeSync page says the console is an FTMS Bluetooth interface and that the treadmill advertises as “3G CARDIO” plus the last four digits of the serial number.
3G is explicit about control. Some fitness apps may set incline. They do not set belt speed. You start the belt.
3G names Kinomap and Zwift as examples and says it does not guarantee every third-party app. Pair the fitness radio, not a speaker connection. Other 3G Cardio decks are not this row unless the console is the FreeSync FTMS console.

When you pair over Bluetooth, TerraFlo discovers which telemetry the machine sends, which controls it accepts, and where its limits are. It keeps learning that setup over time.
If your 3G Cardio model does not respond over Bluetooth, send the exact model name from the Beta page.

Route-driven incline never goes below flat, stays capped at what your machine reports, and can be turned off mid-session.
Completed sessions are private by default and can export to Strava, Apple Health, Health Connect, or TCX where supported.
