When you pair over Bluetooth, TerraFlo discovers the controls, the signals, and the limits. You stay at the console, and the belt only moves when you start it yourself.

Track Connect 2.0 on the T3, T5, and Run CX syncs with third-party apps using FTMS. The Go console has no Bluetooth. You start the belt.
Life Fitness’s shop pages say the Track Connect 2.0 console syncs with third-party apps using FTMS. That console is the current option on the T3 and Run CX, and on the T5 in the Life Fitness shop. The Run CX page names Kinomap, Rouvy, and Zwift among those apps.
The Go console on the T3 has no Bluetooth and no app connectivity. Life Fitness also says the older Track Connect console is not the enhanced Track Connect 2.0 path. Check the console, not only the treadmill name.
You start the belt. Incline follows the route only when that console exposes the control. Pairing confirms it.

When you pair over Bluetooth, TerraFlo discovers which telemetry the machine sends, which controls it accepts, and where its limits are. It keeps learning that setup over time.
If your Life Fitness model does not respond over Bluetooth, send the exact model name from the Beta page.

Route-driven incline never goes below flat, stays capped at what your machine reports, and can be turned off mid-session.
Completed sessions are private by default and can export to Strava, Apple Health, Health Connect, or TCX where supported.
