When you pair over Bluetooth, TerraFlo discovers the controls, the signals, and the limits. You stay at the console, and the belt only moves when you start it yourself.

Use a Sole treadmill with TerraFlo
Current US pages list Bluetooth FTMS on the F89 and TT8. Speaker audio is a separate radio. You start the belt.
Where this family stands
On current US product pages, Sole F89 and TT8 list BLE 5.0 FTMS (and CSCS) plus separate BLE 3.0 audio. TerraFlo pairs the fitness radio, not the speakers.
The F63 is often used with third-party apps for speed. Sole’s own US writing says it does not have full two-way FTMS, so TerraFlo will pace video from belt speed when the unit reports it, and will not claim incline drive on an F63.
2026 US F80 and F85 pages say only “Bluetooth.” Those pages may not match older F85 machines that advertised decline and a full FTMS line. Pairing is how we know.
SOLE+ is free and optional. Disconnect it before pairing TerraFlo if it is holding the session. You start the belt; TerraFlo does not. Advertised popular range is 0.5–12 mph. F89 and TT8 list −6 to 15 incline levels; current F63 lists 0–15 levels. Those are machine specs.

What happens when you pair
When you pair over Bluetooth, TerraFlo discovers which telemetry the machine sends, which controls it accepts, and where its limits are. It keeps learning that setup over time.
If your Sole model does not respond over Bluetooth, send the exact model name from the Beta page.
Bounded incline
Route-driven incline never goes below flat, stays capped at what your machine reports, and can be turned off mid-session.
Your data stays yours
Completed sessions are private by default and can export to Strava, Apple Health, Health Connect, or TCX where supported.
