Use a NordicTrack treadmill with TerraFlo
NordicTrack consoles run iFIT. Official Bluetooth is headphones and heart rate, not belt speed. You start the belt.
Where this family stands
NordicTrack is an iFIT treadmill. Advertised Bluetooth is for headphones and heart-rate monitors. It is not Fitness Machine Service, so the console does not send belt speed to a third-party app, and incline stays on the machine.
You can still use TerraFlo. Start the belt in manual mode. Watch the route on a phone, tablet, or TV. A paid iFIT membership is not required to walk or run. iFIT’s trainer-controlled speed and incline stay inside iFIT.
A clip-on belt sensor such as the NPE Runn is how video can follow your pace when iFIT does not send speed. TerraFlo does not ask you to change the console software.
Hardware incline ranges are what the machine can do at the console, not what TerraFlo controls. X16, X24, and the older X22i / X32i: −6% to 40%. Commercial 1750 and 2450: −3% to 12%. T Series 10 and 16: 0 to 12%.

What happens when you pair
When you pair over Bluetooth, TerraFlo discovers which telemetry the machine sends, which controls it accepts, and where its limits are. It keeps learning that setup over time.
If your NordicTrack model does not respond over Bluetooth, send the exact model name from the Beta page.
Incline stays on the console
iFIT does not expose incline to third-party apps. Change grade at the machine.
Your data stays yours
Completed sessions are private by default and can export to Strava, Apple Health, Health Connect, or TCX where supported.
