Real routes, indoor effort, equipment that follows.

TerraFlo pairs route video with the GPS it was filmed on — so your speed drives the video, the terrain can drive your equipment, and every session lands in one history.

TerraFlo route playback: a Paris run toward the Eiffel Tower with live speed, heart rate, time, distance, and grade overlays

Arena playback

Pick a route, pair supported equipment, and start moving. The video follows the speed you produce — faster when you push, slower when you ease off, holding with you when you stop — while route data drives grade, elevation, minimap, and telemetry context.

The same route-aware engine supports a flat boardwalk walk and a climbing trainer session. For cycling, ride feel is computed from real physics — your measured power, the route's true grade, and momentum that carries you the way a road does, where equipment and platform support it.

Route video

Video is tied to route GPS, so speed and route progress stay connected — you travel the filmed road at your own pace.

Telemetry overlays

Speed, heart rate, grade, elevation, map, cadence, or power sit at the edge of the screen where supported — and you can arrange them to fit your setup.

Cross-device history

One route library and one activity history across supported TerraFlo surfaces, with repeat efforts on the same route side by side.
