How TerraFlo treats virtual workout exports
Indoor route sessions can preserve workout data without pretending the user physically traveled outdoors.
Virtual can be honest
TerraFlo preserves distance, effort, and route context while treating indoor sessions as virtual workouts where supported. A Strava upload says what it is — an indoor session on a named route — instead of faking an outdoor GPS trace.
Export clarity matters
Format and platform support matter to athletes and coaches, so public export language stays bounded to verified paths: Strava, Apple Health, Health Connect, and TCX files where supported.
Private until you say otherwise
Completed workouts are private by default. Sharing is an explicit choice per workout, and shared summaries leave out detailed telemetry and health metrics.
