How TerraFlo treats virtual workout exports
Finished sessions can go to Strava, Apple Health, Health Connect, or a TCX file. Strava is labeled indoor. Private until you share.
Strava is labeled indoor
A Strava upload says what it is: an indoor session on a named route, not a fake outdoor GPS trace. Distance, effort, and the route name are still there.
Four export paths
Strava, Apple Health, Health Connect, and a TCX file, where supported. There is no direct TrainingPeaks or Garmin Connect path today; a TCX file can be imported by platforms that accept TCX.
Private until you share
Completed workouts are private by default. Sharing is an explicit choice per workout, and shared summaries leave out detailed telemetry and health metrics.
