Route stories
Why a real route changes an indoor session
The video is a filmed road with GPS. Your speed drives playback. Grade can move a treadmill or trainer.
The video is a filmed road with GPS
Each route is outdoor footage recorded with GPS on that same road. The picture on screen is that road, not a generated course.
Your speed drives playback
Speed up and the road comes toward you faster. Slow down and it slows down. Stop and it waits.
Grade can move the treadmill or trainer
The GPS track includes grade. On a compatible treadmill, incline can follow that grade. On a smart trainer, resistance can follow it. You can turn that off.
