What makes TerraFlo different from a normal workout video?
Most apps replay a workout. TerraFlo replays a place. Route video is paired with GPS, so the road, the metrics, and your effort stay tied together as you walk, run, or ride.
FAQ
How TerraFlo route video and GPS playback work
Questions about this part of TerraFlo.
Are there gentle routes, or only climbs?
Yes. There are flat walks, listed separately from climbs. A boardwalk walk uses the same start as a run.
Does the video keep up if I run or ride fast?
The video speeds up and slows down with you. Exact feel depends on the route footage and the telemetry your equipment provides.
Can I use my own music?
Yes. If you already have music or an audiobook playing, TerraFlo leaves it. If nothing is playing, it starts your Apple Music playlist.
